Rodebak ble startet av Carl Christensen på gården Rotbakken (Rodebak er nok gammel stavemåte) på Innset i sør-Trøndelag.

English: Rodebak is a brewery started by Carl Christensen on the farm Rodebak (modern spelling “Rotbakken”) in central Norway.

The beers:

  • Rodebak Kveik, 5.5% – a pale farmhouse ale with Belgian 2-row malts, and Norwegian spelt, wheat, and oats. Fermented with #1 Sigmund.
  • Biere de Garde, 6.5% – brewed with Norwegian malts from Bonsak and kölsch yeast.
  • Mundus Novus Saison, 6.5% – hoppy saison fermented with the house strain.
  • De Truseløse Trippel, 8.5% – Norwegian Bonsak malts and house strain.
  • Bourbon Barrel-aged Biere de Garde, 7.0% – aged on Heaven Hills Bourbon Barrels.
