
Xavi Tortosa is a commercial brewer with a scientific background who has an interest in farmhouse ale. He’s lived in Latvia for a few years, and has studied the farmhouse brewing in Latvia, as well as attending Norsk Kornølfestival a few times, and also visiting brewers in Norway and Lithuania.
This year he also published his first book: The Art of Modern & Traditional Brewing: A Holistic Guide for Adventurous and Creative Brewers. He will be bringing the book to the festival if anyone wants to buy it there.
