David Bea Castaño er forsker og arkeolog ved universitetet Rovira i Virgili utenfor Barcelona i Spania. Han er også utdannet ølsommelier og har samarbeidet med bryggerier om å brygge gjenskapinger av forhistoriske øl.
English: David Bea Castaño will be coming to the festival to do a talk on prehistoric beers in southern Europe. His focus will be the area between the Alps and the Mediterranean.
David Bea Castaño is a researcher and archaeologist at the University fof Rovira i Virgili outside Barcelonad in Spain. He is also a certified beer sommelier, and has collaborated with breweries to brew recreations of prehistoric beers.
